well, this is a different-coloured bamboo, i guess.. the pinkish lines lines look like brush strokes.. I agre with GJC, u have a good eye..

@Nishana Minhaz: I have added some contrast but the colors and the curve lines were natural. It was my first time to see orange color on a bamboo.

yeah this is a cool shot. this is the first shot i've seen from a G9 and it's great. nice use of depth of field.
