MaryB from Staffordshire, United KingdomThe blossom there is wonderful, I love the way it overhangs the walkway. 9 Apr 2008 8:56am Marie-Hélène from MoroccoLa nature semble s'être "endimanchée" !! ...les couleurs sans aucune tâche vive mais avec cette superbe branche fleurie au premier plan donne une impression gaie mais calme, de sérénité heureuse. 9 Apr 2008 12:19pm danthro from Suburbia, United Statesbeautiful shot and composition. since you ask for critiques, the only thing that comes to mind is possibly muting the background colors a bit so the flowers in front stick out more, but I'm not sure, it's really just one style of processing. 9 Apr 2008 8:31pm @danthro: Thank you very much danthro for your suggestion. I did tried a BW version but I didn't like it. I have muted the green foliage in the background and posted again, it is better I think. MadScientist from Düsseldorf, GermanyI really like the cherry blossoms, they even make these dark castle remnants look cheerful and peaceful. 9 Apr 2008 9:01pm Richard_Irwin from Belper, United KingdomLovely blossoms, and a well composed image. 9 Apr 2008 10:59pm Suzanne Labbé from Granby, CanadaJ'adore cette photo. Le contraste entre la renaissance et le béton crée une très forte impression. 10 Apr 2008 12:57am Ronnie 2¢ from London, United KingdomThat blossom period is all-too-short . . but how it transform a cityscape. 10 Apr 2008 10:03am |
