Matsuri means festival in Japanese. This was during a very little festival down town.

I like the bw rendering in this one. There is a bit of dead space to the left and top, perhaps a tighter crop would be better.

Quelle élégance dans cette coiffure, les Japonais sont vraiment maîtres dans l'art du raffinement. Je suis d'accord avec Graham pour le cadrage qui est peut-être un peu trop centré.
