This is last picture of this serie.
As you can see the fireworks were shot from different spots at the same time. Japan excel in the art of fireworks and their creativity has always amazed me...

C'est la dernière et c'est ma préférée. La compo est bien réussie et l'mage est riche de toutes ces petites touches très colorées & délicates et bien réparties. Et une très belle gestion de la lumière, ni sous-ex, ni sur-ex, c'est parfait.

Just beautiful! You take good firework pictures, Olivier. Do you use the scene mode on your G9?

@Howard F.: Thank you very much Howard. I have tried the scene mode first then I went to manual. I don't know why the data shows strange fractions. This one was a little over 3 seconds and the previous picture 2.5 seconds. The intensity of light of the fireworks was very different and it was a bit hard to anticipate the best shutter speed...

Fantastic series! At Düsseldorf, the Japanese community (lots of Japanese people are living here) celebrate the Japantag. At the end, there's always splendid fireworks with lots of wonderful effects. They are real artists!
