Recently a typhoon has crossed Japan and just after there was a very strange light with a hudge rainbow. I haven't change the colors, this was taken a little before night.
note: some strong noise was added in the sky to eliminate the compression artifacts...

Beautiful shot. Yeah, this same typhoon went through Taiwan and made a lot of damage and kill many people too. Nature can be deadly and mesmerizing at the same time, strange!

I think I'd call that strange light 'sallow' . . and, when it occurs, it can be quite frightening. Amazing image.

We sometimes get a similar coloured sky here, before a storm. Usually a que to go indoors. I love the way you've captured this with the rainbow, it seems less threatening.
